30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — in most cases with no need to return the item.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, used grooming tools, opened treats, and final-sale items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
