You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible. If a product arrived damaged or defective, it's covered no matter what — just show us a photo.How to Start a Return
- Email us at 30dayfortune@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue.
- We'll confirm your request and follow up with return instructions — and your guarantee is locked in from the moment you email us, even if our reply takes a little longer than usual.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn't working as intended, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship the item back in most cases.Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, opened consumable items (such as treats) and used grooming items that contact skin or fur may not be returnable unless defective. Memorial and personalized items are made to order and are only returnable if damaged or defective.Questions?
