These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dogsgo2heaven.com and any purchase you make from us. By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Dogs Go 2 Heaven ("we," "us," "our"), 2460 17th Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95062, United States. The store runs on the Shopify platform. You can reach us any time at 30dayfortune@gmail.com. Further operator details are in our Legal Notice.

2. Who May Use This Site

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You don't need an account to order, but if you create one you're responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

4. Products, Descriptions and Pricing

We work hard to describe and price everything accurately, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change products, descriptions, prices and availability at any time without notice.

Product photos are representative. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and sizing varies between manufacturers — measure your dog and check the sizing details on each product page.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges we received it — the contract forms when we ship. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or an address we can't ship to. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

Once an order is placed we begin processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us immediately and we'll help if it hasn't shipped.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We don't see or store your full card details. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.

7. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are for personal, non-commercial use, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be limited to one per order or one per customer. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, but we'll always honour a code that was valid when you used it.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times, rates and international terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, and every order is insured in transit — if a package is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their country charges.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out your 30-day return rights, how to start a return, and the limited categories that can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

10. Free Guides and Digital Downloads

Our checklists and grooming guides are provided free for your own personal use with your own pets. You may print them and share them with friends. You may not resell them, republish them, or pass them off as your own. Because they're delivered digitally at no cost, they aren't refundable — there's nothing to refund.

11. Content You Share With Us

If you send us a photo, review, or story — including entries to any competition or campaign we run — you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to show it on our site, in emails, and on our social channels alongside your first name or handle. You confirm the content is yours to share and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed. We may decline or remove anything for any reason.

12. Acceptable Use

Please don't use this site to break the law, infringe someone's rights, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's operation, or harass anyone. We may suspend access if you do.

13. Our Content Is Not Veterinary Advice

Everything we publish — articles, guides, product copy, videos — is general grooming and pet-care information. It is not veterinary advice and is not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian who has examined your animal.

Grooming tools are tools. Use them as directed, supervise your dog with any new product, and stop if it causes distress or injury. If your dog shows skin irritation, hair loss, signs of overheating, or any symptom that worries you, call your vet.

14. Intellectual Property

All original content on this site — our articles, guides, checklists, product copy, photography, logos and brand marks — is owned by or licensed to Dogs Go 2 Heaven and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, republish or redistribute it commercially without our written permission. You're welcome to link to our articles and quote short passages with attribution.

Third-party brand and product names remain the property of their owners and are used only to identify products.

15. Third-Party Links

Where we link to a site we don't operate, it's for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

16. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — except where such a disclaimer isn't permitted, in which case your statutory rights stand.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that can't lawfully be limited — and nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

18. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or content you shared with us that you didn't have the right to share.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where you have the right under local consumer law to bring proceedings in your own country, that right is unaffected.

20. If Part of These Terms Doesn't Hold

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something immediately doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and the version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
